1829 Building – Chester

TACP Developed a Grade two listed building for the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust at the Countess of Chester Site.

The property known as the 1829 Building has been refurbished extensively to provide a range of Agile working spaces including general office spaces, meeting rooms, reception areas and communal spaces. The project involved the integration of office planning for an Agile working environment, interior design, and graphics to provide an innovative and inspiring workplace. The project cost was circa £400,000.00 plus IT and furniture systems that are suitable for a modern office situation.
