TACP Architects were appointed to design a production and warehouse facility from concept stage to tender in Welshpool, Mid Wales.
The proposal includes circa 50 000 sq ft. warehouse and hi-tech production area, with office & support facilities for Invertek Drives.
The development facilitates for the expansion of Invertek Drives within their existing location. Multiple schemes were developed as the client’s brief progressed and became more refined. During the development, overhead walkways so that tours of the facility could be conducted were requested, as was a dock leveler loading bay, so that containers could be directly unloaded on site.
