TACP have been working closely with Zip Clip to develop proposals for a new production facility to accommodate the increasing need for storage and manufacturing space.
Zip Clip design and manufacture high quality suspension systems used throughout the construction industry. It is widely used to support HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and Signage equipment from the underside of structural floors above.
Operating out of Offas Dyke Business Park in Welshpool, Zip Clip require a new state of the art building to house their new production line. This is supported with storage spaces alongside testing and training areas as well as new office space.
